FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by means of using a component-concentrator establishing a single connection of transport level with MME together with multiple connections of applied level along a single connection of transport level for each of many subordinate points of access and/or related mobile devices. Subordinate points of access and/or mobile devices may provide identifiers to the component-concentrator, which may use identifiers to track transfers with MME.
