FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to devices for lower extremity prosthetic repair, preferentially femurs. The fixation device for lower extremity prosthesis consists of a case with a fixative bushing, a bucket of prosthesis with a petal frame of the fixative, a lock and an adjustment coupler. On a posterior wall of the lock, there is a ridge in the form of a horizontal plate with a hole for attachment of the adjustment coupler. A hole axis is displaced from a fixative axis at the distance of 0<??70 mm and inclined at ??20° with respect to the fixative axis.EFFECT: use of the presented invention enables simplifying design and process of the device setting up, extending potentials of using the prostheses, and reducing manufacturing charges.2 dwg |
