FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: plant includes long tubing string with packer and short tubing string located in well. Long tubing string has bottom-upwards connection pipe with locking ring and highly tight couplings or couplings with outside diameter 2 mm less than standard ones, production packer, connection pipe, tubing string assembled based on highly tight couplings or couplings with sealant on thread, eccentric. Tubing string is located in well with possibility of its tension and attachment in tense condition to wellhead equipment. Short tubing string is assembled based on couplings by thread with sealant, it has bottom-upwards coupling, tubing string, additional adjusting connection pipes by which couplings of one string are placed between couplings of the other string, shoe of the short string is located 20-30 m above roof of upper formation. Pipes with internal corrosion-resisting and antifouling smooth covering are used for tubing strings mounting. Above the level of short string bottom well is filled with anticorrosive liquid.EFFECT: eliminating twisting of tubing strings relative to each other, loosing of thread and tubes turning, eliminating seal failure.1 dwg |
