A planetary gear system (20) is disclosed. The planetary gear system (20) includes a carrier (24), a planet gear (28) defining a central planet axis (42), and a pin (50) coupling the planet gear (28) to the carrier (24). The planetary gear system (20) additionally includes a bearing (60) disposed between the planet gear (20) and the pin (50). The bearing (60) includes a plurality of rolling elements (62). Each of the rolling elements (62) is in contact with an inner race (70) and an outer race (72). The planetary gear system (20) further includes a resilient member (80). The resilient member (80) is disposed between one of the inner race (70) and the pin (50) or the outer race (72) and the planet gear (28).
