PURPOSE: A battery module is provided to prevent defect due to assembling errors of a battery cells, and to improve cooling performance of the battery cells by laminating the desired number of the battery cells for modulation. CONSTITUTION: A battery module comprises: a plurality of holder plates(10) which are assembled to be laminated up and down and to maintain a constant interval between each other; a plurality of battery cells which are mounted on the holder plates, and are installed to a structure supported by the holder plates; and a fixing member(30) for combining the holder plates in one body. The fixing member(30) comprises: a long bolt(31) which penetrates through the edge part of the laminated holder plates in one body; and nuts(32) each of which is respectively coupled to the each long bolt.
