3D8 SCFV-T CELL EPITOPE FUSION PROTEIN, AND VACCINE COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A fusion protein of 3D8 scFv PTD(Protein Transduction Domain) and T cell epitope linked to the amino acid terminal thereof are provided to cause antigen cross presentation and to ensure excellent anticancer and antiviral effects. CONSTITUTION: A fusion protein contains 3D8 scFv PTD and T cell epitope which is linked to the amino acid terminal thereof. 3D8 scFv PTD is denoted by sequence number 1. The T cell is an OVA(ovalbumin) peptide or a part thereof. A vaccine composition contains the fusion protein as an active ingredient. The vaccine composition enhances the activity of cytotoxic T cells. The vaccine composition prevents or treats cancer and viral infection.
