PURPOSE: A device for measuring the temperature of a winding coil surface is provided to calculate the transformation timing and the temperature of a winding coil when cooling the winding coil by using the temperature information of the winding coil surface and to accurately measure changes in the temperature of the winding coil. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for measuring the temperature of a winding coil surface comprises a temperature sensor, a body unit(40), and a fixing unit(60). The temperature sensor measures the temperature of a winding coil. The temperature sensor is installed in the body unit, and the body unit is attached to the winding coil. The fixing unit fixes the body unit to the winding coil.
