FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: noise occurring in process of wireless communication may be managed with application of partial reuse and other methods. In some aspects partial reuse may refer to HARQ interchanges, time slot parts, a frequency spectrum and codes of spectrum expansion. Noise may be managed using a profile of transmitter capacity and/or a weakening profile. Noise may also be managed using methods related to capacity control. In the arrangement of partial reuse, where codes of spectrum expansion are applied, each unit may use a subset of spectrum expansion codes.
