<p>L-lysine is prepd. by culturing a microorganism, which produces L-lysine, in a nutritive medium contg. acetate ions as C-source, under aerobic conditions, and adding an N-source and keeping acetate concn. 1.5% wt. during fermentation. The pH is kept at 7.0-8.5. Pref. microorganism is Brevibacterium flavum ATCC Nos. 21127-9 and 21474; Br. lactofermentum ATCC 21086; Corynebacterium acetoacidophilum ATCC 21476 and Micrococcus glutamicus ATCC 13286-7.</p> |
