PURPOSE: A backlight apparatus is provided to fix an optical sheet by using a fixing unit. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate(120) changes point light emitted from a light emitting device package(112) into planar light. An optical sheet(130) is arranged on the light guide plate. The optical sheet is used for light concentration and light diffusion of the plane light. The optical sheet is arranged in a first area of the light guide plate. A second area of the light guide plate is adjacent to the first area. A fixing unit(121) is formed in the second area. The fixing unit touches a part of the optical sheet. |
