PURPOSE: A channel allocation method and an apparatus thereof for using a reason for supplying a service are provided to allocate a frequency channel to a user terminal based on setting reason and a terminal ID. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver(210) receives a message. The message comprises an establishment cause for showing the terminal ID and the service which a user requests from the terminal of the user. A priority allocation channel checker(240) firstly grasps the allocated channel based on the terminal ID and establishment cause. A channel allocator(250) firstly assigns the allocated channel to the terminal of the user. The provisional channel is instituted in the idle state of the terminal. |
