PURPOSE: A method for fabricating polyethylene multifilament drawn yarn of high strength is provided to delay crystallization rate of undrawn yarn and to obtain undrawn yarn with low crystallinity. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating polyethylene multifilament drawn yarn of high strength comprises: a step of mixing polyethylene pellet with 60-65% of crystallinity and nano silica particle in a weight part of 0.01:0.3 to prepare a polyethylene-nano silica particle master batch; a step of inputting the master batch into an extruder at 260-280°C; a step of melting polyethylene and passing through a spinneret at 280-300°C to prepare polyethylene multifilament containing the nano silica particles to prepare polyethylene multi filament; and a step of cooling the polyethylene multifilament. |
