PURPOSE: A portable terminal and a communication system including the same are provided to activate an AP(Application Processor) of the portable terminal through wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A server includes a BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) module. The BLE module transmits payload. A plurality of portable terminals(200) receives the payload. The portable terminals include each AP, a communication module, and a controller. The communication module communicates with the BLE module. The controller activates the AP by using the payload.
