PURPOSE: A system for sharing a web-based service during a conversation and a method thereof are provided to enjoy a game, music, and videos or use a web service while having a conversation of a chatting type or a telephone conversation with other people through a smart phone having a telephone conversation and general purpose computing function. CONSTITUTION: A conversation service providing unit(133) provides a conversation service with a second terminal device. A web browser synchronization processing unit(132) synchronizes a first web page displayed using a first URL(Uniform Resource Locator) with a second web page displayed on a web browser of the second terminal device during the provision of the conversation service. The web browser synchronization processing unit confirms whether the first URL can be redirected or not to apply the confirmed result to the first and second web pages.
