Heads 20 of screws or nails 21 fixed to panels 16 (23) are inserted in the bores 7, 12, e.g. via panel hole 19 and the cylinder 6 is rotated anticlockwise, e.g. by a spanner engaging opening 15 to draw panels 16 (23) towards panel 17.
