The bars (4, 5) have an isolation bar body (4a) extending in a longitudinal direction (z), and including a surface on a side for powder coating with outer profile parts (1, 2) i.e. aluminum profiles. The profile parts are connected with the bar by respective connecting portions (4b, 4c). Multiple electrically conductive longitudinal elements i.e. metal wires (8), are spaced from one another and extend in the longitudinal direction. The longitudinal elements are electrically connected to one another in a position along the longitudinal direction and interconnected with one of the profile parts. An independent claim is also included for a composite section for windows, door or facade components.
