PURPOSE: An LED face lighting device is provided to secure uniform illumination of an illuminated surface by using a light guide plate having an intaglio grid structure. CONSTITUTION: LED light sources are arranged to a grid structure. A light guide plate(200) comprises an entry face(210) and an exit face(220). The entry face has a grid structure of intaglio patterns. A housing accommodates the LED light sources and the light guide plate.
