Even when the optical surface (2a, 2b) of a spectacle lens (1) is a machined surface, a machining trace can be erased, so no machining trace is visually observed during inspection. The step of applying a coating film solution, made of a material which is the same as that of a lens base material, on the optical surface (2a, 2b) of the spectacle lens (1) which is a machined surface, and the step of forming a coating film (4) by hardening, by heating, the coating film solution applied to the optical surface (2a, 2b) are provided. The steps of forming a hard coating film (5) on the film (4) and an antireflection film (6) on the hard coating film (5) are also provided. |
