The device (1) has a connector (2) connected with a valve that adjusts flow of medium e.g. gas and liquid. The connector includes two internal and external threads (211, 213) connected with a valve base part (31) and a valve upper part. A thermal generator is arranged at the connector for converting thermal energy of the medium into electrical power. The connector has connection regions resting against a side of the generator, where the regions are designed as projections of an outer side of the connector that is made of a metal such as aluminum, alloy and composite material.
