<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a graphene based VO2 laminated body is provided to improve the characteristics and the efficiency of a thermo-chromic glass (smart window); and solve problems generated in case of the direct coating of a traditional vanadium dioxide on a circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A graphene based VO2 laminated body for the smart window comprises a grapheme layer(110) equipped with at least one or more of deposits; and a vanadium dioxide layer(130) which is formed on a side of a grapheme layer. The hexagonal boron nitride(150) is formed in between the graphene layer and the vanadium dioxide layer. A protection layer is one or more species selected among PMMA(Poly methyl methacrylate), a PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride) copolymer, polystyrene(PS)-co-PMMA-co-PS, a PR(photoresist), an ER(electronresist), SiOx and AlOx. A grapheme layer is transferred or attached on the flexible base material(P). The flexible base material is an adhesive tape, glue, epoxy resin, light softening tape, heat peelable tape or water soluble tape. A graphene based VO2 laminated body for smart window forms the grapheme layer growing a graphene on the first item; forms the vanadium dioxide layer depositing the vanadium dioxide on the top of a graphene layer; forms the laminated body which includes the first item-the graphene layer, and the second item-the vanadium dioxide by laminating the second item; and produces the grapheme layer by transferring on the second item while the first item is removed from the laminated body using an etching method.</p> |
