PURPOSE: A soundproof wall base foundation and a construction method is provided to reduce construction period with prefabricated type by connecting between post piles with precast products while utilizing post pile foundation in regular space and to effectively include economical effects and quality control. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall base foundation comprises a plurality of post piles(110), a precast concrete panel(120), and a fixing unit(130). A plurality of post piles is embedded in boring of surface stopped after arranged in regular space based of width of PC panel. The PC panel is comprised a foundation of soundproof wall structure with the post pile by being arranged between a pair of adjacent post piles. The fixing unit fixes the PC panel to the post pile.
