PURPOSE: An image drawing synthesis system of binding GPS-based drawing images confirmed by standard point numerical data is provided to delete traffic information of abnormal occurrence positions after passing through preset time by wirelessly notifying traffic information to only a driver who passes through the abnormal occurrence positions. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit comprises a column(11), a connection member, a horizontal bar(12), a detection sensor(13), an input part, a control part, and a transmission part(16). The connection member comprises a fixing part(R1) and an insertion part(R2). The detection sensor detects adjacent vehicles. The input part comprises a distance value input button and a state value input button. The control part transmits information on set road conditions. |
