PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound with the excellent luminous efficiency, and an organic light-emitting device including thereof are provided to secure the excellent luminescent brightness of the organic light-emitting device. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is marked with chemical formula I or II. In the chemical formulas, CY1 is either a C10~C30 aromatic ring or a C10~C30 aromatic hetero ring. A, B, and D are a covalently bonded, and substituted or non-substituted C6~C50 arylene group, or a substituted or non-substituted C2~C50 heteroarylene group. |
