FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a liquid composition for personal care, which contains the following in each case per 100 pts.wt of the composition: (a) an aqueous structured soap phase, said structured soap phase containing: (i) 4-12 pts.wt neutralised fatty acid, selected from compounds corresponding to structural formula (I):Rdenotes (C-C) alkyl or (C-C) alkenyl and X denotes a cation; (ii) 4-10 pts.wt of one or more structure-forming agents selected from alkanolamide surfactants, fatty alcohols, alkoxylated fatty alcohols, fatty acids and esters of fatty acids, (iii) 0-15 pts.wt of an amphoteric surfactant, provided that the total amount of components (i), (ii) and (iii) is greater than or equal to 10 pts.wt, (iv) an amount of an inorganic salt of 4-10 pts.wt which is effective to provide a layered liquid crystal structured soap phase, having an opaque appearance and demonstrating viscosity with shear thinning and resultant strength of more than 0 Pa in combination with components (i), (ii), (iii), and (v) water, and (b) from more than 0 to 75 pts.wt plant oil which is dispersed in the aqueous structured soap phase.EFFECT: improved compound.4 cl, 2 tbl |
