<p>The machine comprises a motorized framework comprising a unit in the form of a suction head for harvesting the pollens, a separation unit (7) in the form of a cyclone forming a suction fan, a unit in the form of a hopper for recovery of pollens and a unit for freezing the pollen collected in the funnel-like recovery unit. An insulation is disposed around the hopper recovery unit. The hopper recovery unit further comprises a trap for the introduction of dry ice and liquid nitrogen, where the bottom of the recovery unit comprises a trap door.
