PURPOSE: A frame of a flat panel lighting assembly and a flat panel lighting assembly including the same are provided to prevent a short circuit in a PCB. CONSTITUTION: A first frame(100) includes a PCB guide projection(130) for guiding the PCB(10), a top stopper for guiding a light guide plate(610), and a bottom stopper(150). A light guide plate module includes a light guide plate, a first optical member(630), and a second optical member(620). A first optical member includes a total reflection film(631) and a steel plate(632).
