PURPOSE: A portable cooker mounts a pressure controlling unit in the upper part of a cooking container and cooks the food in a status of high pressure in the cooking container, thereby make a good taste of food and improve the portability. CONSTITUTION: A portable cooker comprises an insulating container, a cooking container, and a covering unit(50). The insulating container forms an evacuated thermal insulation layer(12) comprised of vacuum. The cooking container is inserted in the insulating container. The covering unit covers the upper side of the cooking container. The insulating container is comprised of an inner wall body(24), and an outer wall body(20), and it forms the evacuated thermal insulation layer which is vacuumized between the inner wall body and the outer wall body. A dew condensation prevention structure is formed in the part contacting with the outer periphery holding unit(34) of the opened outer periphery of the upper part of the cooking container, inside the covering unit(50). The part contacting with the outer periphery holding unit as a standard, the dew condensation prevention structure is structured to be open in a certain angle from the outer periphery holding unit. The external side of the inner wall body forms a three-plating layer of a nickel plating+copper plating+nickel plating.
