PURPOSE: A smoke reducing device is provided to prevent environmental contamination by passing through water and to deposit harmful material such as smoke dust. CONSTITUTION: A smoke reducing device includes a support block(110), a fixed block(120), a blower(130), a drain pan member(140), and a packing member(150). The fixed block is combined inside the support block and is formed to be narrower to an upper side. The blower is combined inside the fixed block. The drain pan is formed to store water and is protruded in a convex form. The packing member closes a smoke outlet and opens the smoke outlet according to blower pressure of the blower.
