PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve luminous efficiency by laminating and distributing electrons to a wide region through an electron using an electron restricting layer. CONSTITUTION: A first semiconductor layer(110) is formed on a substrate(100). An electron restricting layer(120) is formed in the first semiconductor layer to restrict electrons. An active layer(130) is formed on the first semiconductor layer. A second semiconductor layer(140) is formed on the active layer. A transmissive electrode layer(150) is formed on the second semiconductor layer. A first electrode(170) is formed on a part of the first semiconductor layer.
