PURPOSE: A system for removing an oxide film of a steel sheet is provided to easily remove the oxide film existing on a surface of the steel sheet by amplifying an electric field between a plasma generator and the steel sheet when removing the oxide film. CONSTITUTION: A system for removing an oxide film of a steel sheet comprises a power supply unit(1), a plasma generator(2), a voltage signal converter(3), and a conduction roll(4). The power supply unit supplies AC power. The plasma generator receives AC voltage supplied by the power supply unit and irradiates plasma to the steel sheet, thereby removing the oxide film of the sheet. The voltage signal converter receives the AC voltage supplied by the power supply unit and converts phases of the received AC voltage, thereby supplying the converted AC voltage. The conduction roll receives the phase-controlled voltage from the voltage signal converter and supplies the phase-controlled voltage to the steel sheet, and faces the plasma generator.
