FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extrusion of plastic tubes, particularly, to tube extruder with cooled plug. It comprises cooling plug and serves to eliminate problems related with excess plastic material escaping from extruder after its spontaneous outage. Method of spontaneous outage including the use of detachable cooling plug comprises accommodating excess plastic material in created void space between cooling plug and extruder. Proposed design allows removing said excess plastic material and decreases time required for recovery of normal operating conditions. Preferably, controller traces extruder operating conditions and remove automatically said cooling plug proceeding from said operating conditions.EFFECT: better manufacturability.10 cl, 7 dwg |
