PURPOSE: A shifting control device of a transmission device is provided to reduce weight of a device by securing a large amount of inertia with a small amount of weight. CONSTITUTION: A select lever(40) is connected to a control shaft(50). The select lever selects a shift gear. A shift lever(20) is connected to the control shaft. The shift lever is combined with the selected shift gear. The shift lever comprises a weight(30). The weight increases the inertia of the shift lever. The shift lever and the weight are formed as an independent body.
