PURPOSE: A surveying system updating geodetic survey data per a location of a topographical structure based on GPS is provided to facilitate a work, to perform a geodetic survey with a simple task, and to enhance the accuracy of the geodetic survey. CONSTITUTION: A surveying system updating geodetic survey data per a location of a topographical structure based on GPS comprises a geodetic survey device, an integration server, and a digital protractor. The geodetic survey device includes a moving device, a gradation measuring device(120), a GPS device(130), a terminal device, a touch screen panel, a receiving unit(160), and a lighting device. The gradation measuring device is received in a receiving unit and includes a pressing device, a pressure sensing device with a plurality of pressure sensing sensors, a movable ball, and an ultrasonic sensor.
