FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical device for placement in duct in tissue contains hermetising fixer. Hermetising fixer is made from compressible material with possibility of transition between first decompressed state and second compressed state. First state ensures fixation of hermetising fixer in duct in tissue in fact hermetically with respect to tissue surfaces. Second compressed state provides possibility of, at least, partial introduction of hermetising fixer into duct, which provides access to underlying body cavity. Hermetising fixer has longitudinal axis and contains anterior and posterior ends and, at least, one longitudinal channel, passing between them, and is made with possibility of object reception. Compressible material contains, at least, one channel, is made with possibility of deformation to provide essential airtightness with respect to said object.EFFECT: hermetising fixer can contain foam plastic with memory effect and can include longitudinal channels.19 cl, 28 dwg |
