The circuit has resistors which are connected in series, and center taps of the series circuits (301-304), where the center taps are connected with each other. Each end of the series circuit is contacted with a measuring electronics by a connection. The resistors are connected with the measuring electronics over the connection by electronic switches. The resistance values of the resistor are determined on the basis of different measurements by the measuring electronics. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a household appliance with a contacting possibility for the multi-core temperature probe; and (2) a method for determining resistance of resistors.
