<p>Bodies consisting of a ceramic skeleton and a metallic component enclosed in it have the cropping-out ceramic parts of the surface free of the metal component (etched or ground away, if necessary), so that the surface of the body has, at least partly, properties of a ceramic material. These products can be used as susceptors in induction furnaces, thermal emitters, resistors etc.</p> |
