<p>A spinning solution for industrially producing pure chitosan fiber and preparation method thereof are disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: (a): choosing flaky chitosan raw material and removing impurities, (b): feeding 3-8% of the chosen flaky chitosan raw material based on the total weight of the spinning solution into a dissolving kettle and vacuuming after being sealed, (c): adding 0.9-6% of acetic acid solution, soaking for 40-60 minutes at room temperature, and (d): stirring at constant speed of 26-60 r/min for 7.5-19 hours when the pressure in the kettle is not more than 5000Pa, and standing for 1-3 hours to obtain the spinning solution. The method ensures the structure of molecular chain of the chitosan in original state, and can dissolve the flaky chitosan and prepare the spinning solution quickly and uniformly in unit time so as to meet the requirement of continuous industrial production.</p> |
