<p>PURPOSE: A display device is provided to prevent a contact failure between a common power line and a sub metal layer by directly contacting the common power line with the sub metal layer formed on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(130) and a second electrode(136) are located on a substrate(110). An organic light emitting layer(134) is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A common power line(340) is located around the second electrode. A first protection layer(140) is located on the second electrode. A sub metal layer(150) is connected to the common power line. A thin film transistor includes a semiconductor layer(112), a gate electrode(118), a source electrode(124) and a drain electrode(126).</p> |
