The invention is related to civil engineering and may be applied for electrical heating and lighting of premises. The essence of the invention is that the offered co-generative electrical heating system of premises is developed of parallelepiped-type plate blocks, which are perforated from both sides, placed in the middle of premises and connected in tandem. Said blocks are connected to commutable heating power lead located in the transverse spreader holes of these blocks and joined with adjustable power source of direct current or alternating current. In addition light diodes are fastened into holes of perforated blocks. The necessary electrical power for performance of diodes is received from voltage declines taking place in the established linear branches of heating wire. The improvement of block system, as it is described above, using double-sided perforations and providing it with the functions of electrical heating partition wall widens usage range of the system by 35%. Whereas the energy efficiency of system’s exploitation increases by 30% by using electrical feeding of light diodes from the decline of heating wire voltage gained due to the cogeneration, as well as due to the improvement of thermal characteristics of blocks. |
