PURPOSE: A transmission point capable of improving orthogonality in a process of transmitting an uplink reference signal, a reference signal configuration method of the transmission point, user equipment, and a reference signal transmission method of the user equipment are provided to guarantee orthogonality among N(number) signals using an IFDMA(Interleaved Frequency-Division Multiple Access) method. CONSTITUTION: A radio communications system includes a transmission point(810) and a terminal(820). The transmission point is able to include a reference signal information transmission unit(812) and a resources assignment information transmission unit(814). The terminal is able to include a reference signal mapping unit(822) and a reference signal transmission unit(824). The reference signal information transmission unit is able to transmit the information of a resource block assigning a DM-RS(Demodulation Reference Signal) sequence to some of subcarriers using the IFDMA method through upper layer signaling like RRC(Radio Resources Control). The reference signal information transmission unit is able to transmit the information through a PBCH(Physical Broadcasting Channel) transmitted to all terminals within a cell.
