<p>PURPOSE: A voice signal processing circuit is provided to remove noise from a voice signal, and to output the voice signal having good quality. CONSTITUTION: A high pass filter(52) passes through a voice signal of a band which is higher than a predetermined frequency. An amplifier(53) which is called by a first output unit outputs a signal outputted from a low pass filter by multiplying the signal by a first coefficient. An amplifier which is called by a second output unit outputs the signal outputted from the high pass filter by multiplying the signal by a second coefficient. An adding unit(55) adds signals outputted from the amplifiers. When a noise detection unit detects noise, an coefficient control unit(61) reduces the second coefficient so that the second coefficient is smaller than the first coefficient.
