The device has a clamping ring (1) including two jaws (1a, 1b) shaped into gliding arc breaker separators. The jaws comprise a base (3) and a ridge (4) rising from the base and including an upper surface with transverse cut-outs (2) for receiving tubes, where distance between the cut-outs is chosen depending on given breakdown voltage. The upper surface of the ridge comprises crenellated sections between the cut-outs, where the sections increase running distance between the cut-outs. The ridge maintains the tubes at a predefined distance from an aircraft structure.
