PURPOSE: An ultrasound fatigue testing device is provided to enhance the accuracy and the reliability of a fatigue test by preventing heat caused by fatigue stress from being continuously accumulated on a specimen. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasound fatigue testing device comprises a vibration generator(110), a power generator(120), and a controller(130). The vibration generator applies ultrasonic vibration to the specimen. The power generator applies driving voltage for driving the vibration generator to the vibration generator. The controller applies pulse driving signals to the power generator so that the power generator operates periodically by repeating an operation section and a pause section.
