PURPOSE: A method for the synchronization of an internet sharing resource and a device thereof are provided to resolve a problematic occurrence when distributed servers use shared data by supporting synchronization through an effective range lock. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(610) stores a code accessing data shared by terminals. A control unit(620) generates a lock allocation request message for requesting the allocation of a lock in an internet range for the code to a server and obtains an approval from the server. The control unit executes the code and generates a lock release request message for releasing the lock to the server. A transceiving unit(630) transmits the message to the server and receives an approval message from the server to deliver an approval of the allocated request to the control unit. The transceiving unit receives the approval message from the server to deliver an approval of the release request to the control unit.
