<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal and a server capable of solving the problems that while a reception state of a mobile terminal of a television receiver (receiver) is ever-changing in general, a bad reception state, when broadcast content is disaster information or pay information, may lead to a user's disadvantage considering uses of television. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal determines a kind of content, and reports such information as received broadcasting reception quality when a specific kind of content is received.
