<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction type spray, which is improved in a tendency that the vaporization of a liquefied part is not enough for the spray of a vaporized gas to reduce the power of the spray, and can be used both in a normal erecting state or an inverse state. <P>SOLUTION: The suction type spray is provided with a spray mechanism part 3, a spray cylinder 2 connected to the spray mechanism part 3 and a material-to-be-sprayed housing chamber 4 connected to the suction mechanism part 3 separately from the spray cylinder 2. In the spray mechanism part 3, a gas in the spray cylinder 2 is sprayed to suck and spray the material to be sprayed in the material-to-be-sprayed housing chamber 4. A liquefied gas is housed in the spray cylinder 2 and a gas housing chamber of the spray cylinder 2 is provided with a porous member 6.
