FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: local diagnostic causal-associative semantic ophthalmomicrosurgical computer network comprises formatting devices, arranged in the form of automated workplaces (AWP), besides, for direct continuous distribution of ophthalmomicrosurgical information, outputs of each AWP are connected with a flow self-regulation unit (FSRU), which is connected with inputs of subsequent AWPs, at the same time AWPs of the ophthalmologists' area, the diagnostics department, the physicians' area, the area of special research, the decision-making area form a radial-chord-ring structure with balancing of information flows, resistant to peak loads, at the same time flows of direct and reverse distribution of information form a single multigraph at least with twelve units and equal-priority tops.EFFECT: higher resistance to peak loads and provision of functioning under emergency flows of patients in a local diagnostic causal-associative semantic ophthalmomicrosurgical computer network.2 dwg |
