FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in fodders production. The fodder contains animal origin ingredients represented by entrails with contents, ruminant animal paunch with contents and/or poultry gizzards with contents as well as meat products in raw condition in the form of trimmings, kaltyk, spleen, diaphragm, heart, kidneys, cartilages and meat products having undergone thermal treatment represented by lights, kidneys, liver, spleen, heart, ears, chitterlings, beef or pork legs, head meat, udder, pork or beef skin, blood and sinews. The fodder contains vegetal origin ingredients represented by grits, steamed offal and vegetables as well as natural vegetal food additives of vegetables, fruit, berries, herbs, algae and animal origin additives having undergone thermal treatment represented by eggs, curd and cultured milk products. All the ingredients are mixed and sealed in the form of mince packaged into sausage or vacuum casing at low temperatures in a freezing chamber.EFFECT: one proposes a frozen natural fodder for cats and dogs, containing animal and vegetal origin ingredients.9 cl, 1 ex |
