<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy required during hot water supply to a bathtub. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In reservation operation, since water supply to the bathtub 100 is performed before reservation time comes (s410-s440), if outside air temperature is higher than the temperature of water flowing in a water flow passage 11, water stored in the bathtub 100 absorbs heat from outside air, to achieve temperature increase only by certain temperature until start of hot water delivery to the bathtub 100 by the reservation operation as a result.
