The spiral expansion fixing (1, 1 b, 1c, Id ) contains a metal or plastic material (3, 3a, 3b), facilitating permanent deformation, with eyes or holes, wound around the longitudinal axis (5) into a helix (2, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e) with at least one terminal coil (4). The start of the coil (4) is situated either predominantly directly in the longitudinal axis (5) or is parallel to it, and is equipped with a ridge (11 ) in the direction opposite to that in which the coil (4) is led further. The end of the coil (4) or last coil (4) of the helix (2, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e) is situated predominantly on the outer envelope or creates partly or completely the outer envelope of the expansion fixing (1, 1 b, 1c,1d) of this material (3, 3a, 3b). The helix (2, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e) is filled inside and out by a filling substance (9). |
